i am 15 130 lbs and moving. I am getting the basement as my room and was wondering what kind of bench press/squatting things i should get. Or dumbbells. I would also like a daily workout plan that will take about 60-90 minutes because of school work. And would like you to include a diet to get the best results. Btw i eat so much i feel like i am going to hurl so dont say eat more. And this is all for football/tennis. I play wr in football.
