If Hines Ward does retire after this season, will he have a good shot at the hall of fame?

I personally think that he is a lock and I would have him as a first-ballot, however for some reason Steelers' WR's don't have much luck going to the Hall of Fame. It took Lynn Swann and John Stallworth about 20 years each to make it to the Hall of Fame, and while I think that Hines is better than both of them, I wouldn't be surprised to see it take it 10 years for Hines to make it. Do I think he deserves to be a first-ballot? Yes, of course. But the NFL does weird things.
