Am I in huge trouble because I got a D+ in one class in college?

I attend the University of Oregon and recently I recieved a D+ in my WR 122 (I know kind of sad). I dont know how I recieved a D considering I got a B+ in WR 121 last term. Will this really screw up my college career? I have a 2.6 GPA and I feel as long as I get better grades from now on the D+ wont matter that much. Do you think I should be really worried about it?
