Making cupcakes, help and advice?

I know that you don't have to refrigerate cupcakes, but what about the frosting? If I put "creamy Duncan Hines Cream Cheese" frosting on the cupcakes 15 min after they're finished baking, will the cupcakes and frosting and all be good overnight at room temperature? And what's the best way to wrap them so they stay fresh? Any advice you could offer?
