Do colleges look at your jv stats and highlights?

i play rb wr and cb and ia be playing both varsity and jv and ost likely ima get the ball most of the time because the jv team has no playmakers but i was wondering if colleges will look at my stats from jv and highlights and ima going on to be a junior
